Zentrik in ChatGPT

Bring customer evidence into the product decision

Ask a product question in ChatGPT. Zentrik searches the workspace you authorize, brings back the relevant evidence, and lets your team inspect the source trail before deciding what to build.

Available through the shared Plugins Directory on supported ChatGPT web, desktop, and mobile surfaces, and in Codex on desktop or CLI. Plugins are not available in the Codex IDE extension. A Zentrik account is required.

Real ChatGPT interaction from question to evidence-backed decision.
How it works

From question to source trail

ChatGPT becomes another place to use the product context your team already maintains in Zentrik.

  1. 01

    Ask the product question

Ask about a customer problem, an opportunity, or the evidence that should inform the next release.

  2. 02

    Inspect the evidence

Zentrik searches the workspace you authorized and returns the relevant opportunity, linked findings, and source records.

  3. 03

    Make the call

Your team decides what to do next. The source trail stays in Zentrik, and new customer notes can return to the same workspace.

What to ask

Start with a question your team is already trying to answer

Type @Zentrik to choose it explicitly, or describe the task and let ChatGPT pick from your installed plugins. Name the product, problem, or date range when you know it.

  1. Search

Find the evidence behind a theme

@Zentrik Find recent customer evidence about reporting and fetch the most relevant result.

  2. Spot patterns

See which problems keep coming back

@Zentrik What customer problems repeat across recent evidence, and which opportunities do they support?

  3. Decide

Check the case for an opportunity

@Zentrik What evidence supports [opportunity name or ID]?

  4. Capture

Save a customer note while it is fresh

@Zentrik Save these customer notes as evidence in Zentrik, then confirm when processing is complete: [paste notes]

Careful by design

One authorized workspace. A focused set of actions.

You choose the workspace during OAuth. Zentrik only returns records that the connected user can access there.
controlled writesEvidence capture is deliberate
The Plugins Directory version can search and fetch evidence, summarize repeated problems, inspect opportunity evidence, capture a customer note, and check processing. It does not expose broad graph editing.
same product graphThe source trail stays with the team
Evidence, insights, and opportunities remain in Zentrik after the conversation ends, ready for the next review or handoff.
FAQ

Questions teams ask before installing

How do I add Zentrik to ChatGPT?

Open the Zentrik listing in the Plugins Directory, install it, and start a new chat. The first request that needs Zentrik asks you to sign in and choose a workspace.

Does Zentrik work in Codex?

Yes. The Plugins Directory is shared by ChatGPT and Codex, so the same listing installs Zentrik in Codex on desktop and in Codex CLI. Codex CLI users can also add the Zentrik Agent Plugin.

What can Zentrik do in ChatGPT?

Search customer evidence, findings, opportunities, and ideas; open the full context of a result; summarize repeated problems; review the evidence behind an opportunity; and save a new customer note as evidence, then confirm when it has finished processing.

Can ChatGPT change our roadmap?

No. ChatGPT can save the customer notes you ask it to capture. Opportunities, ideas, initiatives, and priorities stay with your team in Zentrik.

Do I need an API key?

No. ChatGPT connects through Zentrik sign-in, so nobody pastes a key into a conversation.
