Set up your workspace, import one customer source, and review what it tells you before choosing the next step.
Start with one product and one call, ticket, or research note. You can add more context and integrations after you have checked the first result.
Before you begin
You need:
- a Zentrik workspace
- an Owner or Admin for workspace settings, integrations, and invitations
- one product or product area to use as the first scope
- one approved source of customer evidence, such as a call, support ticket, research note, document, or pasted text
- a teammate who can review whether the extracted Evidence is accurate
Use approved test or customer data and follow your organization’s privacy rules. Do not upload credentials, secrets, or material that your workspace is not allowed to process.
Set up the workspace
Add product context
Open Settings → Workspace context. Describe your company and product, who uses it, its goals, and any important constraints. Use names your teammates already recognize.
A persona describes a type of user. A feature is a capability of your product. Add the relevant ones so Zentrik can interpret your first source. See Workspace context for the available records.
Invite your teammates
Open Settings → People and invite the teammates who will review the result. Check the workspace and team roles before sending. Use Editor for contributors or Viewer for read-only access; reserve Owner and Admin for administration.
New members join the default team unless you choose another team. Check pending invitations in Invitations. Follow Invite people and manage access for the full procedure.
Import and review
Import one customer source
In Discovery → New → Bring in evidence…, choose what you have, then paste a note or upload a file. You can also connect a source under Settings → Integrations.
Start with one record or a small batch. Check the source title, product, account, and processing result. See Import customer evidence for connectors, files, and API options.
Review the findings
Open the processed Signal, the record holding your original source. Check that the text is complete and the product and account are correct.
Then read the extracted findings in Insights. Check each claim against its source. Correct, mark irrelevant, or disconnect findings that do not belong. One useful result is a finding you can explain and trace back to the customer.
Choose what happens next
Choose the next step
Choose what the reviewed finding needs next:
- Group related problems in an opportunity.
- Describe a possible solution as an idea.
- Run a study when you need more customer feedback.
- Promote an idea to an initiative when the team commits to delivery.
You do not need to create every record. Product terms and workflow explains the differences.
Expected result
You are ready to continue when the team can open the source, explain one reviewed finding, and state its next action. Check that the invited teammates can access the work.
Where to go next
Continue with Studies to test a question, or Planning and roadmaps to compare work and commit to delivery.
Troubleshooting
Settings are not visible
Workspace settings are available to Owners and Admins. Ask a workspace Owner to change your role or complete the administrative step.
The first import created noisy results
Check source quality, product scope, and workspace context before importing more. Review a small sample, correct the context, and only then expand the batch.
